The Reality
Recognizing the Fog
1
The Mask
You function on the outside but know something is off underneath. The mask is the armor you wear to keep the world safe.
2
No-Fly Zones
There are places in your life you avoid. These are the no-fly zones where you've learned to hide your true self to survive.
3
Pushing Them Away
You've learned to push people away to protect your fragile core. This is the cost of living in the fog of your own mind.
4
The Reckoning
The fog is thick and heavy. You are finally seeing the reality of your own life and the cost of the armor you've worn.

The Fog
You know when something is off, even if you can't quite name it.

You're functioning. Going to work. Taking care of shit. Maybe even telling people you're fine. But somewhere along the way, you've gotten a little farther away from yourself.

That's the Fog.

It's the distance between what's actually happening in your life and what you're willing—or able—to see clearly.

And here's the bitch about the Fog:Â you can get pretty damn good at living in it.

SOUND starts by helping you see it.

The Man Behind the Sound

I didn't build SOUND because I had my shit figured out.

I built it because I know what it's like to look fine from the outside and know something isn't right underneath.

I've weighed 342 pounds. I've lost 114.
I've built things, watched things fall apart, gotten my shit together, and watched the Fog roll back in again.
Â
Somewhere along the way, I learned something pretty simple: nothing changed until I was willing to look at my life honestly.

SOUND is the work that came out of that.

Not a system for becoming perfect.
Â
A way to see yourself clearly, own what's yours, and become the kind of man you can trust—and the people you love can depend on.
12 Weeks to Practice It.
Phase 1: SEE THE FOG
Weeks 1–4: Identifying the patterns of avoidance and the hidden structures of your current reality.
Phase 2: OWN IT
Weeks 5–8: Moving from passive observation to active practice, learning to navigate the fog machines.
Phase 3: SOUND
Weeks 9–12: The integration phase. Becoming the man you can trust and the people you love can depend on.
THE METHOD
SOUND isn't another pile of information to consume. You probably already know plenty of shit you're not doing.

This is about practice.

For 12 weeks, you'll learn to see your life more clearly, own what's actually yours, and take action where you've been avoiding it.

And you can start privately. You don't have to join a group, sit across from a coach, or explain your shit to somebody else before you're ready. If you know something needs to change, you can start here.

You'll work through The Sound Man Method using the SOUND program, workbook, and practical tools designed to move you out of your head and back into your actual life.

No guru promises. No pretending you're going to become a different man overnight.

Look. Own it. Practice. Keep your word. Repeat.

That's how you become the kind of man you can trust—and the people you love can depend on.
